Vibration System: Details That Make a Difference
- Vibration Motor: Specially designed for block making machines, featuring vibration-resistant structure, excellent heat dissipation and high protection grade, effectively preventing cement dust from entering.

- Vibration Table: Made of thickened steel plate with integral machining after welding, ensuring no deformation and high flatness, and directly transmitting vibration force to the mold.

- Vibration Damping System: Concentrates vibration inside the mold without transferring to the base, keeping the machine stable and lowering foundation requirements.

Core Vibration Molding Principle
Concrete block molding is essentially a process of compaction and densification.

The mixed material inside the mold is full of air gaps. The core function of vibration is to expel trapped air, allowing cement, sand and aggregate particles to interlock and compact tightly together.

Proper vibration results in dense blocks with high strength and intact, sharp edges. Insufficient vibration leads to loose, brittle blocks with broken corners and a high reject rate.
