Working principle
When the concrete block molding machine and materials are in place and the pallet is ready, pressing the start button initiates the process. The feeding hopper delivers the concrete material, and once in position, the pallet table vibrates to facilitate the vibration feeding process, with adjustable timing. The feeding hopper moves in a linear reciprocating motion, while the arch-breaking mechanism swings to accelerate the material flow. After the material distribution is complete, the feeding hopper retracts, and the material distribution motor operates to distribute the material. Once the material addition is finished, the pressing head descends, and all vibrators vibrate to apply pressure and vibration to the material in the mold box. When the block reaches the desired height (which is adjustable), all vibrations cease, and a delay is introduced to eliminate residual vibrations. The mold is then lifted, and once in position, the pressing head rises. The block conveying mechanism moves another pallet onto the vibrating table and simultaneously transfers the formed block to the block conveying table. The mold box then lowers, completing one production cycle. The entire sequence of actions is automatically controlled by the PLC. If the manual/auto toggle switch is in the automatic position and the start button is pressed, the machine will automatically cycle through the aforementioned steps
