Frame Strength from the Ground Up
Every UNIK automatic cement block moulding machine starts with a 50 mm-thick main frame cut from premium Mn-alloy structural plate. After precision CNC bevelling, the entire frame is welded in one piece, then shot-blasted to SA 2.5 cleanliness and stress-relieved at 580 °C for 6 hours. This sequence eliminates micro-cracks and warping, giving a rigid, impact-resistant backbone that stays square after 200,000+ cycles-even under 68 kN vibratory force.
Vibration Table – Ultra-Tough Alloy Core
The vibration table is cast from a proprietary high-toughness alloy (impact energy ≥ 80 J at -20 °C). Rails, wear strips and mounting bosses receive "special-process" submerged-arc welding followed by induction hardening to 52 HRC, delivering exceptional fatigue resistance in 24-hour continuous-shift plants.
Precision Finishing
All bolt holes are line-bored in a single set-up to ± 0.02 mm tolerance, guaranteeing perfect alignment of hydraulic cylinders, moulds and linear guides. Final assembly includes laser-level calibration, so the table surface flatness is ≤ 0.1 mm/m-critical for producing high-density kerbs and interlock pavers with ≤ 0.3 mm height deviation.
