Traditional manual brick presses require 7–9 workers, with significant variations in individual skill levels and high management costs.

Producing 10,000 hollow blocks per day requires only 1–2 technicians for monitoring, with product dimensional consistency exceeding 98%, effectively reducing management costs and rejection rates.
2. High raw material costs: profits are severely squeezed when sand, stone, and cement prices fluctuate
Traditional equipment mostly uses expensive river sand and pure cement. When building material prices rise, the profit margins of brick plants shrink sharply.
