The machine uses the high pressure provided by the hydraulic system to press the green blocks, ensuring high density and high strength of the finished products. At the same time, it integrates intelligent variable‑frequency vibration control technology to achieve low‑frequency material distribution and high‑frequency forming, comprehensively improving block forming speed and compactness. The equipment also incorporates a crank‑connecting‑rod push‑type pallet feeding system and a built‑in cooling oil station, effectively reducing the breakage rate of finished products and ensuring production stability in high‑temperature environments.
