 UNIK has developed a complete line solution for fully automatic hollow block production, covering the entire process from material feeding to finished product palletizing. The core equipment features a gantry frame structure made of oversized, high-strength steel, offering excellent rigidity, vibration resistance, and long-term heavy-load capacity. The guide posts are made of special steel with precision chrome plating, significantly enhancing torque resistance and wear resistance. The main machine adopts combined table-and-mold vibration: upper mold pressing, lower mold vibration table, and a high-power vibration box work together to fully liquefy and de-air the concrete within two to three seconds, ensuring the density of thin-walled blocks and the strength of the web walls. The exciting force is evenly distributed across the vibration table, enabling the production of blocks with compressive strengths ranging from 10 MPa to 25 MPa, fully meeting the requirements of various applications including residential buildings, industrial plants, slope protection, and paving.

Process

One of UNIK's core competitive strengths is its "pre‑shipment operating condition adaptation" design. During the ordering stage, the customer provides the grid voltage and frequency of the target country. UNIK directly customizes the motor, frequency converter, and control cabinet parameters accordingly, ensuring that the equipment is compatible with the local power grid before it leaves the factory – avoiding installation delays and component damage caused by power distribution mismatches.

In addition, UNIK offers raw material sample testing and recipe customization. After the customer's fly ash, volcanic ash, or stone chip samples are delivered to our Quanzhou facility, a professional team conducts moisture content analysis, vibration compaction tests, and recipe finalization. By the time the equipment is shipped, the entire line's parameters are already optimized for the local materials. Once the equipment arrives on site, only simple commissioning is required to quickly start production.
