It integrates the entire process of raw material batching, mixing, vibration molding, automatic block output, and palletizing packaging, achieving full-process automation from raw material input to finished block stacking. Compared with traditional block equipment, it significantly reduces manual intervention, improving product consistency and production efficiency.

Efficient Fault Diagnosis: Features a comprehensive safety logic interlock and real‑time alarm system. The fault location and troubleshooting method are automatically displayed on screen, significantly lowering the threshold for maintenance.
Modular Precision Mold: Molds are made of wear‑resistant alloy steel, hardened by heat treatment, with a service life of over 200,000–350,000 cycles. Combined with a quick mold change design, this greatly enhances the flexibility of the production line.
Global Voltage Adaptability: Supports various custom voltages including 380V/50Hz, 400V/415V/440V/60Hz. The wide voltage design can withstand ±20% grid fluctuations, making it suitable for infrastructure markets worldwide.
