The UNIK fully automatic block forming machine adopts an industrial-grade PLC programmable logic control system and electro-hydraulic servo hydraulic technology. It integrates the entire process of raw material batching, mixing, vibration molding, automatic block output, and palletizing packaging, achieving full-process automation from raw material input to finished block stacking. Compared with traditional block equipment, it significantly reduces manual intervention, improving product consistency and production efficiency.

The system stores 50–100 sets of recipes (Recipe Management) – from hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and curbstones to paving blocks and colored through‑body bricks. When switching products, the production recipe can be recalled with one touch, greatly reducing downtime for adjustments.
Efficient Fault Diagnosis: Features a comprehensive safety logic interlock and real‑time alarm system. The fault location and troubleshooting method are automatically displayed on screen, significantly lowering the threshold for maintenance.
Modular Precision Mold: Molds are made of wear‑resistant alloy steel, hardened by heat treatment, with a service life of over 200,000–350,000 cycles. Combined with a quick mold change design, this greatly enhances the flexibility of the production line.
Global Voltage Adaptability: Supports various custom voltages including 380V/50Hz, 400V/415V/440V/60Hz. The wide voltage design can withstand ±20% grid fluctuations, making it suitable for infrastructure markets worldwide.
