UNIK 15A is the flagship model with comprehensive technological upgrades, following the extensively validated QT series. Driven by a fully automatic hydraulic system and integrating high-frequency, high-efficiency vibration with servo control technology, it achieves full-process automation from raw material batching, precise material distribution, and high-pressure forming to finished product conveying.
Versatility is the core advantage of the 15A series. With quick mold change capability, a single machine can produce virtually all mainstream concrete products, including various hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving blocks, curbstones, and interlocking blocks.

Efficient Hydraulic & Vibration System
The 15A adopts advanced hydraulic pressing combined with table‑mold vibration technology, allowing stable operation even under high pressure of 15–16 MPa. The exciting force can reach up to 200 kN, ensuring high density and sharp edges of the finished products. The molding cycle is only 15–30 seconds, and for some models, the daily output (8 hours) can reach 22,500–30,000 pieces of 390×190×190mm hollow blocks.
