JS1000 Concrete Mixer

JS1000 concrete mixer consists of feeding, mixing, discharging, water supply, electrical, cover, chassis, and legs.

◆Feeding: When feeding a cubic concrete mixer, the brake motor drives the drum through a reducer, and the wire rope crawls along the track of the loading rack through the pulley traction hopper.

◆Mixing: One cubic concrete mixer has two agitator shafts inside the mixing drum. Each shaft is equipped with agitating blades. Inverters are installed on the agitating arms near the two ends of the agitating tank to scrape off the concrete on the end face.

◆Discharging: The discharge door of a cubic concrete mixer is installed at the bottom and can be directly opened to discharge. The discharge is very clean. Another cubic concrete mixer is also equipped with a manual unloading rod to prevent special circumstances such as power outages.

◆Water supply: When a cubic concrete mixer water supply system is in operation, the water pump will inject water into the mixing bowl and adjust the worm to adjust the flow of water. The total amount of water supply is controlled by the time relay.

◆Electrical: The electrical control circuit of a cubic concrete mixer is provided with air switches and fuses, with the functions of short circuit protection, overload protection and phase failure protection.

◆Cover: The control button of a cubic concrete mixer is arranged on the distribution box and is provided with a door lock and a protective cover outside the button.
