How Does UNIK Meet the Needs of "Localized Production"?
Using local raw materials. Raw materials differ from place to place – red soil in Africa, fly ash in India, sand and gravel in the Middle East, and volcanic ash in Southeast Asia. Before shipment, UNIK tests local raw material samples sent by the customer and completes the recipe parameter presetting. Once the equipment arrives at the factory, production can begin directly with local raw materials – no need for months of on‑site debugging.
Adapting to local power conditions. Industrial voltages and frequencies differ from country to country, and power grids fluctuate frequently in some regions. UNIK customizes motors, variable frequency drives, and control cabinets according to the target country's grid standards. The wide voltage design can withstand fluctuations of ±20%, and comes standard with undervoltage protection and automatic restart functions.
Meeting local standards. Different markets have different requirements for block specifications, strength, and dimensions. UNIK can customize molds according to the standards of the target market, producing blocks that comply with local building codes.
Adapting to local working conditions. High temperatures, dust, humidity, and poor transportation road conditions – UNIK equipment takes these factors into account at the design stage. The frame uses Q355B high‑strength manganese steel, with 25–30 mm thickening in the main load‑bearing areas, double welding at critical points, and three‑layer anti‑rust treatment, capable of withstanding long‑distance transportation and long‑term operation.
