Third‑Generation Servo Vibration System
The UNT series is equipped with a third‑generation servo vibration system that supplies power on demand, with standby energy consumption near zero, achieving significant overall energy savings compared with conventional models. The reject rate is below 1%.
One Machine, Multiple Products – Quick Mold Change
By changing molds, one UNIK machine can produce hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving bricks, curbstones, interlocking blocks, and more. A complete mold change takes only 15 to 20 minutes, and the recipe management system can store 50 to 100 sets of process parameters.
UNIK's factory in Quanzhou is equipped with 27 high‑speed wire‑cut EDM machines, 4 large gantry machining centers, and advanced heat treatment equipment, with a monthly mold production capacity of 50 sets. The molds use German carburizing heat treatment technology, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 59‑62, with a clearance of 0.2‑0.4 mm between the pressing foot and the mold cavity, and an overall plate flatness of ≤0.5 mm. The molds are compatible with more than 20 major international brands, including HESS, MASA, ZENITH, BESSER, TIGER, QUNFENG, and QUANGONG.
