A fully automatic concrete block forming machine uses "hydraulic + high‑frequency vibration" as its core forming method, compressing raw materials such as cement, sand and gravel, fly ash, and even construction waste into shape. The entire production process is managed by a PLC control system, with full‑process automation from batching, forming, to palletizing.

The core control system uses Siemens or Mitsubishi PLCs, combined with a touchscreen human‑machine interface, supporting fault self‑diagnosis and remote monitoring. Operators can store multiple recipes for one‑click switching between different products.

The main forming methods are table‑mold combined vibration and servo synchronous vibration. Table vibration machines offer high exciting force and high efficiency; servo vibration offers faster response, lower energy consumption, and higher product quality.

Complete Process of a Fully Automatic Production Line

UNIK's fully automatic production line consists of eight core equipment units, with full‑process automation from raw material to finished product:

Batching and mixing station – Precise weighing of aggregates and cement.

Block forming machine – UNT series main machine.

Automatic plate lifter – Transfers finished bricks into curing.

Shuttle car system – Transfers to the curing kiln.

Plate lowerer – Removes cured bricks.

Automatic palletizing system – Independently PLC‑controlled, no need for integration with the main machine control system.

Pallet return system – Automatically returns pallets.

Pallet output conveyor – Completes the finished product output.
