Variable Frequency Vibration System: Adjust Vibration Force According to Raw Material Characteristics
Vibration is a critical process step to ensure uniform filling and adequate compaction of the mix within the mold cavity. When faced with differences in the flowability of various raw materials, fixed-frequency vibration systems often fall short.
UNIK employs variable frequency vibration technology, with a vibration frequency adjustable from 45–70 Hz and an exciting force adjustable from 0–80 kN. For manufactured sand with high clay content, increase the exciting force to ensure compaction. For fly ash mixes with a high proportion of fine particles, optimize the vibration frequency to achieve uniform distribution. For recycled aggregates with complex gradation, combine parameters to eliminate internal voids. The adjustable range of 0–80 kN covers all molding requirements-from lightweight fly ash blocks to high-strength solid bricks.

Proven raw material adaptability: The equipment can process various raw materials including river sand, manufactured sand, stone powder, fly ash, furnace slag, mineral slag, coal gangue, recycled aggregate from construction waste, and more. Through the combination of variable frequency vibration and high-pressure hydraulics, every raw material can produce qualified products.
Intelligent recipe management: The PLC control system can store over 50 sets of process parameters. When switching raw material formulas, the corresponding parameters can be recalled with one touch, eliminating the need for manual repeated adjustments.
Core components from top international brands: Rexroth/Yuken hydraulics, Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC, imported heavy-duty bearings, 25–30 mm thickened steel plates – designed for a service life of ten years.
Common spare parts, low maintenance cost: Wear parts such as seals, bearings, belts, etc., are manufactured to international common specifications. A detailed spare parts list is provided, allowing local sourcing from industrial markets.
