UNIK's factory is equipped with 27 high‑speed wire‑cut EDM machines, 4 large gantry machining centers, and advanced heat treatment equipment. CNC machining, heat treatment, welding, and assembly – these critical processes that determine equipment quality – are all completed within UNIK's own factory, with no outsourcing.

This means: when most of a machine's components are manufactured in‑house, quality becomes controllable – no need to rely on suppliers' quality control, no need to guess the precision of outsourced parts.

Global Experience: Over 70 Countries, Diverse Operating Conditions

UNIK's equipment has been exported to over 70 countries worldwide – from fully automatic production lines in North Africa to unattended projects in the Russian Far East, from the "stone powder to brick" turnkey solution in Sri Lanka to various projects in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

In 2025, UNIK exported 58 sets of concrete pipe molds to Southeast Asia and completed batch shipments of complete line equipment to Kenya. This project experience means that when you face specific raw materials, climatic conditions, or power conditions, UNIK has likely encountered similar situations before – and knows how to solve them.
