UNIK Machinery was founded in 2008, also in Quanzhou.

Our founding team is not made up of businessmen – they are a group of engineers who have spent over a decade working in the brick machine industry. They chose to build the factory during the financial crisis year, not because they saw a trend, but because they saw a problem: cheap machines don't last, and good machines are too expensive – with almost no choice in between.

What UNIK wants to offer is that middle option – a machine that lasts and is affordable.

Seventeen years have passed, and UNIK's products have been exported to more than 70 countries and regions. A fully automatic production line in North Africa has been successfully put into operation, and projects in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South America are also being rolled out one after another. UNIK's molds have obtained dual CE and SGS certifications and are compatible with more than 20 major international brands, including HESS, MASA, ZENITH, and BESSER.

In UNIK's factory, there are 27 high‑speed wire‑cut EDM machines and 4 large gantry machining centers. Most of the key components and molds are made in‑house, not bought and assembled. The frame uses Q355B high‑strength manganese steel, with the main load‑bearing areas thickened to 25–30 mm. The hydraulic system uses Rexroth or Yuken, and the PLC uses Siemens or Mitsubishi.

These details determine that the design life of the equipment is no less than 12 years. Many machines in the industry are designed for 3 to 5 years.
