UNIK provides full-process support, from raw material proportion testing and mix design finalization to plant layout planning. Customers send local raw material samples to the factory, and the technical team finalizes the mix design and pre-tunes the vibration parameters before shipment, ensuring the equipment is ready for production immediately upon arrival, without the need for repeated on-site adjustments.

Voltage and Grid Adaptation
The South African industrial standard voltage is 400V/415V, 50Hz. Electricity tariffs for Eskom direct customers have been significantly increased effective April 1, 2026, with municipal customers following suit. UNIK equipment can be customized with 400V/415V/50Hz motors and control cabinets, featuring a wide voltage design capable of withstanding fluctuations of ±20%, effectively protecting motors and variable frequency drives and extending equipment life. The equipment comes standard with undervoltage protection and automatic restart functions, and is equipped with a generator interface, enabling it to handle grid load fluctuations with ease.

A detailed parts list (brand, model number, dimensions, alternative brands) is provided with the equipment, allowing direct purchase from local industrial markets without reliance on the original manufacturer's inventory. UNIK offers a 1–2 year whole-machine warranty – free parts for non-human damage during the warranty period; 72-hour global emergency airfreight of spare parts (FedEx/DHL); 7×24 remote video support (WhatsApp/Teams) with engineers online for troubleshooting assistance; and engineers can be dispatched to customer sites for on-site installation and commissioning, trial production, and staff training.
