Main features
Strong Raw Material Adaptability & Multifunctional Use
Raw materials vary greatly in different regions - river sand is round and easy to shape, machine-made sand has sharp edges and is difficult to compact, and stone powder is soft and fine with high mud content. UNIK's vibration system adopts frequency conversion control, with the vibration frequency adjustable between 45 and 70 Hz and the excitation force adjustable between 0 and 80 kN. Operators can set the optimal parameters according to the characteristics of raw materials without replacing equipment. Cheap raw materials such as fly ash, coal cinder, and construction waste recycled aggregates can also be used to produce qualified blocks.
Equipped with a variable frequency vibration system, the vibration frequency is adjustable from 45–70 Hz and the excitation force is adjustable from 0–80 kN, adapting to various raw materials such as river sand, machine-made sand, stone powder, fly ash, recycled aggregates, cinder, etc. The quick mold change system allows a single person to complete mold replacement within 15 minutes, enabling the production of different products including hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving bricks, curbstones, interlocking blocks, etc.
