　　 (1) Automatic batching system

　　Including cement silo, cement electronic scale, screw conveyor, batching machine, belt splitter.

　　The system adopts computer automatic control technology, which can realize automatic calibration, automatic drop correction, automatic and manual adjustment of aggregate moisture content, accurate measurement and stable quality. More than two kinds of raw materials can be fed into the mixer through the belt feeder according to the corresponding proportion.

　　 (2) Mixing system

　　 The system consists of mixer and belt conveyor.

　　The system will mix the materials fed into the mixer according to the setting, and then it will be sent into the large hopper of the equipment by the belt conveyor.

　　 (3) Molding system

　　Including cement brick making machine, plate feeding machine, brick conveyor machine, hydraulic system, automatic control system.
