5. Suspended Four-Way Positioning Aggregate Car
The suspended four-way positioning aggregate car operates with low resistance and minimal power consumption. It effectively addresses interferences caused by pallet thickness variations between the scraping plate and mold.
6. Hydraulic Lock Braking System
The hydraulic lock braking system ensures that the upper mold does not move vertically during demolding, preventing cracks, sticking, and peeling of the products, thereby ensuring a high yield of finished products.
7. Pallet Centering Device
The pallet centering device ensures accurate positioning of the pallet on the vibration platform, preventing pallet drift that could lead to products shifting out of the pallet and becoming defective.
8. Frequency-Regulated Conveying System
The frequency-regulated conveying system ensures that green blocks smoothly leave the main machine and enter the conveying system. This prevents damage to wet products during transportation due to collisions between pallets, significantly improving the yield of finished products.
9. Frequency-Controlled Vibration System
The vibration system is controlled by frequency regulation, utilizing low-speed cruising technology to control motor speed. This enhances both the forming speed and the density of the products.
10. High-Quality Electrical Components
The control system uses electrical components from internationally renowned brands such as Siemens, ABB, and Schneider. This ensures the stability of the control system, with operational parameters adjustable via a touchscreen.
11. Advanced Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system features imported hydraulic components, including solenoid valves and an integrated hydraulic station. The oil temperature can be automatically regulated to ensure long-term continuous operation of the equipment.
