1.Material Preparation:

Mixing:
Concrete Preparation: The mixed concrete is then transferred to the mixer within the brick making machine. Here, it is further agitated to ensure it has the right consistency for molding.
2.Molding:
Concrete Pouring: The prepared concrete is poured into molds within the molding machine.
Vibration and Compression: The machine uses vibration and compression techniques to ensure the concrete fills every corner of the mold, forming bricks of the desired shape and size.
3.Curing:

Main features:
