1.Material Preparation:

Mixing:
Concrete Preparation: The mixed concrete is then transferred to the mixer within the brick making machine. Here, it is further agitated to ensure it has the right consistency for molding.
2.Molding:

4. The mold box adopts air suspension with adjustable damping, which reduces the working noise and prolongs the service life of the machine.

5. PLC intelligent control and human-machine interface system can carry out random signal analysis, fault diagnosis and parameter setting in the whole process to ensure that the machine maintains the best working effect.
