1.Vibration platform assembly

The vibration platform assembly adopts a unique dual-motor drive mode, which effectively improves efficiency. At the same time, the layout is more reasonable and the appearance is beautiful and generous. The platform adopts ZG270-550 material to be integrally cast and formed, and its mechanical properties are improved through heat treatment. The vibration table has automatic amplitude modulation function, which eliminates the resonance phenomenon of the vibration table, effectively improves the product qualification rate and reduces the equipment failure rate.

2.Powerplant

The internal gears of the amplitude modulation box and synchronization box are forged with 20CrMnTi high-quality alloy steel, and all gears and gear shafts are heat treated. The gear surface is ground after high-frequency quenching, and the machining accuracy reaches level 5. The amplitude modulation box is removed from the lower part of the vibrating table and fixed on the side of the foundation of the vibrating platform, which avoids the gear impact during the vibration process and increases the overall service life of the vibrating table.

3.The suspension type distributing feeder adopts frequency conversion control and is equipped with assembled wear-resistant plates, which greatly extends the service life.

After the contract takes effect, the customer is responsible for the construction of the supporting facilities and foundation pre-buried by the company, and the main cable is led to the main cabinet; the water source is led to the mixer. Our company provides the complete machine certificate for the equipment.

8. After the customer base is self-accepted, if the customer does not have the conditions to force installation or needs to be re-installed, the customer should sign in writing and the company will charge the corresponding fee.

9. Due to partial improvement and process improvement under the contract, our company has the right to make new designs and improvements without degrading the performance of the original equipment. If the physical object of the contract is different from the contract information, the actual product shall prevail, but the quality level of the equipment shall not be lowered.
