1. The full-automatic cement brick machine has a high degree of automation. This machine realizes the full automation of the processes of feeding, forming, transferring, and stacking.
2. The thickness of the bricks pressed by the fully automatic cement brick machine has high precision control, which improves the product quality. The double demoulding cylinders of the mold frame device and the feeding cylinders of the cloth device are all controlled by closed-loop servo control, using high-precision proportional servo valves. When working, the mold frame and the feeding trolley are linked to accurately fill, and it is equipped with automatic brick thickness detection and automatic adjustment. The filling depth device corrects the brick thickness error every time, with high positioning accuracy and repeatability.
3. The full-automatic cement brick machine mold frame is formed by floating and pressing, and the bricks have good forming technology, which greatly improves the compactness of the bricks and reduces the common damage and cracking of the bricks when other brick making machines are demolded.
4. The pressing and return stroke of fully automatic cement brick motor beam adopts proportional control, and the speed is adjustable. The action of the press is smooth and soft without big impact. It is convenient to adjust the pressing and return speed, which is convenient for pressing special-shaped bricks, hollow bricks and other products with special requirements.
