The blocks thickness that pressed out by block making machine has accurate control, improving product quality. The double stripping cylinder of the mold frame device and the feeding cylinder of the cloth device all adopt the closed-loop servo control, using the high-precision proportional servo valve. When machine is working, the linkage of frame and feeding car make packing accurate. And it has a device that automatically detects the brick thickness and automatically adjusts the loading depth, corrects the brick thickness deviation every time, with high positioning accuracy and repeatability.
