Process
UNIK's design principle: make it as easy as possible for you to buy spare parts locally, without relying on original factory stock.
All wear parts (seals, bearings, belts, liners) are manufactured to international standard specifications. A detailed parts list (brand, model, dimensions, and alternative brands) is provided with the machine. You may be able to buy them the same day from your local industrial hardware market.
During the warranty period, non-human-damaged parts are supplied free of charge, with 72‑hour emergency air delivery (FedEx/DHL) supported.
Engineers provide remote video guidance (WhatsApp/Teams) to resolve most issues. If on‑site service is truly necessary, we send engineers at cost.
Simply put: we won't let you shut down production waiting for parts just because you're far away.
