The UNIK fully automatic block machine adopts a "high-frequency vibration + hydraulic pressing" molding process. The PLC control system coordinates the entire process of batching, material distribution, molding, demolding, conveying, and palletizing. The operator only needs to select the product recipe on the touchscreen, and the machine automatically completes the production cycle.
