|a.||Raw material receiving and storing system:the aggregates/sand are fed by conveyor from stock pile or by wheel loader into batching station, the cement can be handled in bag or bulk package|
|b.||Batching and mixing system: the concrete lbock mix is proportioned by wieght into batcher, it is electronically controlled by using electronis scales to determine their wieghts which can guarantee to have a consisten quality from hopper to hopper|
|c.||Block making machine:after mixing process, blended material is conveyed to storage ben located above block machine, after filling the material into mold, compression from the mold head and vibration from vibrating talbe are applied in order to consolidate the material into dese concrete block units.|
|d.||Automatic stacker:the fresh blocks produced on pallets are then transported to automatic stacker, the stakcer will stack 5-8 layer blocks for curing, and the green blocks are transferred to the curing area by a forklift.|

The open hole of hollow block can be poured in the vertical and horizontal reinforced concrete core column and beam, to replace the constructivity of brick-concrete structure and ring beam. This kind of reinforced masonry can make the building have good integrity, strong carrying capacity, good shock resistance, reduce and eliminate the exposure of depositing concrete.

3.what raw materials are required to produce blocks?
Cement, sand, aggregate Fine and coarse aggregates make up the bulk of a concrete mixture. The max diameter should require within 10mm.
4.Can I get installation for this machine?
We will arrange our engineer to your factory to guide installation and training,the customer will be responsible for all wages and expense of engineer.
